The Network’s second edition of a NZ naturalised vascular plant list has now been published. 2436 naturalised plant species have been recorded from the New Zealand botanic region and are included on the list.

This list will be updated as and when new species naturalise in NZ. The views expressed in the list are purely those of the authors and the Network. The list has species listed alphabetically and is 60 pages long (file size 779K).

Please email the Network if you know of species that should be added to this list. Please use the on-line form to record your weed observations if you discover populations of weeds near nature reserves, forest parks and conservation areas. These records will be forwarded to the appropriate organisation with responsibility for weed control in that area.
