Why Should I Join the New Zealand Plant Conservation Network

You will be contributing to New Zealand's only non government organisation devoted to protecting NZ indigenous plantlife You will receive Trilepidea - the monthly newsletter of the New Zealand Plant Conservation Network with news and events about plant conservation. You will get discount to attend meetings and the annual Network conference. The New Zealand Plant Conservation Network will provide you with contact details for people working on plant conservation throughout New Zealand and Australasia. Your membership will ensure you have access to the Network website and by doing this keep up-to-date with information about native plant conservation. You will be able to locate ex-situ sources of locally sourced plant material for use in ecological restoration or species recovery work. You will be able to contact expert plant growers throughout New Zealand and learn from them about current best practice for cultivation of threatened plants. Your knowledge and expertise in plant conservation may be useful to other members.
