NZPCN Biennial conference Whangārei 2024
The role of the NZPCN is to facilitate and advocate for plant conservation as well as providing information and support to plant conservation practitioners, landowners, and managers. Our biennial conferences are highly regarded as the best place to meet people who are passionate about plant conservation and to network and collaborate on shared issues and challenges. Our next conference will take place in Whangārei in October 2024 with the overal theme “Ka mua, ka muri – walking backwards into the future”. With this we will be able to celebrate 21 years of NZPCN, and hundreds of years of plant conservation in Aotearoa, and reflect on how all that has happened informs the future. The essential conference details are listed below, more announcements will follow on our webpage and in our newsletter.
