The National Council of the New Zealand Plant Conservation Network for 2022-2023 was elected at the November 2022 AGM by members of the society:
President: Jesse Bythell (Murihiku/Southland)
Treasurer: Bill Campbell (Te Tai Tokerau/Northland)
Secretary: Alex Fergus (Te Pātaka-o-Rākaihautū/Banks Peninsula)

- Melissa Hutchison (Ōtautahi/(Christchurch)
- Sarah Beadel (Rotorua)

Kaiāwhina (co-opted members) include Rowan Hindmarsh-Walls (Department of Conservation), Shannel Courtney (Department of Conservation), Richard Clayton (Department of Conservation), and Megan Ireland (Wellington City Council), Jo Smith and John Barkla.
In addition to his Treasurer role, the Network also contracts Bill Campbell to act as its administrative officer.
