The National Council of the New Zealand Plant Conservation Network for 2024-2025 was elected at the October 2024 AGM by members of the society:

Secretary: Alex Fergus (Te Pātaka-o-Rākaihautū/Banks Peninsula)

Kaiāwhina (co-opted members) include Graeme Atkins, John Barkla, Richard Clayton (Department of Conservation), Shannel Courtney, Joe Dillon, Rowan Hindmarsh-Walls (Department of Conservation), Megan Ireland (Wellington City Council), Joseph Knight, Cara-Lisa Schloots, and Jo Smith.
In addition to his Treasurer role, the Network also contracts Bill Campbell to act as its administrative officer.
