Features
Shrub to small tree, with sharply angled twigs. Leaves reduced to phyllodes. Phyllodes linear and up to 120 x 10 mm, usually with 3 prominent veins. Inflorescence is a spike of numerous pale yellow clusters. Seed pod is somewhat curved up to 100 x 4 mm.

The long thin phyllodes and flowers in spikes separates A. floribunda from all other naturalised Acacia.
