Detailed description

Leaves grey-green, becoming smaller going up stem. Inflorescence dense with several subsidiary branches. Flowers bright yellow; limb of corolla c.5 cm across, sub patent. Upper 3 stamens with white hairy filaments (description by W. Sykes, of the NZ collection in CHR.)
