Launching Tairāwhiti Ngutukākā Festival - celebrating a taonga flower that once made the whole East Cape turn red

Graeme and others have just launched a new festival to connect, engage visitors and local communities to restore and protect ngutukākā on the East Coast of Te Ika-a-Maui.
