Detailed description
Small to large tree with ribbed stems. Leaves 2-pinnate, pinnae in 2-5 pairs, Pinules widely spaced and green. Inflorescence consists of numerous pale yellow globbose heads arranged in racemes. Seed pod up to 150 x 15 mm.
Similar taxa
The foliage of this wattle is very distinctive, almost fern-like, and much larger than all other naturalised 2-pinnate wattles.
